Meticulously designed and finely crafted for all-road Australian ultra-endurance riding. The Ultra can tackle cobbles and light gravel with confidence, helped by wider tyre clearance and a lengthened wheelbase. You’ll soon discover your spirit of adventure with this titanium all-round all-roader.
A SHORT HISTORY OF THE BELGIE SPIRIT
Curve's rich history was founded upon adventure cycling, and our bikes are often designed with a specific purpose or adventure in mind.
After Jesse’s success in winning the 2015 Trans Am Bike Race, we wanted to take the Belgie name further and capture the spirit of Australian endurance cycling, so we designed the Belgie Spirit to take on the 5,545km Indian Pacific Wheel Race and celebrate the rich history of the Overlanders from the 1890’s.
Released in 2016, the Spirit was optimised for long days in the saddle on all types of road. It’s been enjoyed by ultra-endurance cyclists, commuters, roadies, randonneurs and ordinary cyclists looking for a comfortable high-end road bike.
Over the years this bike has seen many adventures, more than we can possibly recount without signing a book deal. So with our accumulated knowledge and experience, we decided to refine and tweak the Spirit into a better version of itself, which we now call the...

Curve titanium frames come with a Lifetime Warranty, so that you can be sure the bike you love most will be the bike you love longest. We design every Curve product at our Abbotsford headquarters, then test them out in the real world, under the toughest conditions.
New thinner 16mm seat stay tubing and a new tapered headtube results in sleeker frame design and considerable weight saving. At 1630g the Belgie Ultra 56 frame is 180g lighter.
Longer chainstays and overall wheel base across all sizes, plus a taller stack and longer reach helps make the Ultra comfortable enough to enjoy all day.
Longer front-centre to minimise toe overlap with wider tyres.
Can fit up to 700 x 35C
NOTE: We tested with Vittoria Terreno Zero 35C, some knobbly gravel tyres may not provide enough mud clearance.
We've incorporated Bento Box mounts on the top tube and increased the size of the front triangle, improving storage capacity for top tube frame bags and water bottles. Repositioning bottle cage mounts also aid with bags and bottle clearance.
Thanks to some clever engineering, the frame is now compatible with both electronic and mechanical running gear. So you can forever switch between eTap, Di2 or mechanical shifting options.
The Curve Crew originated in Melbourne, Australia and has expanded across the globe. Curve riders everywhere share the same ethos - a Curve is more than just a bike: it’s a tool that can change your life, whether that means pure fun, pushing boundaries or seeking freedom out there on the road.

Why are framesets available so much sooner than complete bikes? | SRAM and other suppliers in Taiwan are experiencing extremely long lead times on parts and accessories |
When shipping direct, how does a complete bike come finished to me? | Each bike built and boxed to "90% complete" with the fork steerer uncut and bar tape is not wrapped. We do this so each individual can personalise their setup options. This final procedure should be preformed by an experienced bike mechanic. |
