Meet Kevin, aka the Curve GXR gravel adventure do-it-all bike.
We have taken the fun of a cyclocross bike, fused in some adventure feels and rolled it into one neat do-it-all package that can take you anywhere.

CX Racing with Adam
Choose the wheels that suit your cycling style. Kevin can run either 700c wheels with 28–45mm tyres for Road/Gravel/Cyclocross or go full HellCat with 650b (27.5”) wheels running 1.8–2.2” tyres. With two wheel options, you effectively have two bikes in one. (We make both sizes in carbon and alloy options.)
Liam, our engineer, spent many hours swearing at his computer while perfecting Kevin. The custom yoke design allows Kevin to run some super wide gravel tyres in two wheel sizes, and also stiffens the BB area to avoid frame flex under load.
Kevin is up for anything. Every Kev comes equipped with rear rack mounts, fender mounts & three bidon mounts; it has the ability to be configured with Di2 or mechanical drivetrains, and single or double (compact) chainrings. With huge tyre clearance across two wheel sizes, a longer wheel base and a more stable platform; Kevin is perfect for day trips, weekenders and multi-day cycle touring. But Kevin still rips when you strip it back for a CX Race or Belgie ride!

| What’s the turnaround time for a GXR - aka Kevin? | If ordering a frameset only, and the required size is in stock, you should receive your order within 2–3 weeks. If the size you need is out of stock, or if you have ordered any custom modifications, your GXR will take an additional 6–12 weeks to go through production. Please allow 8–12 weeks for complete bikes to build after a minimum 50% deposit has been paid. |
| Do you ship to my home town? | We can ship your GXR frameset to you anywhere in the world, however check out our Stockist page to find for your local Curve Crew to help you out with a complete bike. |
| Where can I test ride a GXR? | Contact us to book at time to pop in to Curve HQ, Melbourne, or check our Stockists page to contact your nearest Curve retailer. |
| What are the main differences between a GXR and a Belgie Spirit? | If you want to do more gravel and trail then the GXR is the better fit! The Belgie Spirit is good at light gravel but is more of an endurance bike. The GXR (Kevin) is great both on and off road. Really just depends if you are going to spend more time on the road or if you want the added versatility of a gravel specific bike that can run multiple wheelsets. The Spirit is limited to max 700c x 32mm tyres. |
| When shipping direct, how does a complete bike come finished to me? | Each bike built and boxed to "90% complete" with the fork steerer uncut and bar tape is not wrapped. We do this so each individual can personalise their setup options. This final procedure should be preformed by an experienced bike mechanic. |
