Enter the DownRock - our interpretation of the modern trail hardtail. A balanced, versatile mountain bike for ripping around in the bike parks, woods, remote singletrack or downhill runs. The DownRock brings back that raw, adrenaline rush and will have you grinning from ear to ear.
The seat tubes are short in order to accommodate the latest generation of long travel dropper posts (170mm - 210mm). This is especially advantageous on a hardtail as your legs act as the rear suspension.
Bottle cage mounts are placed low inside the front triangle and underneath the downtube to maintain the lowest possible centre of gravity and to give room in the front triangle for a frame bag if required.
Front and rear centres are scaled proportionally across the sizes in order to provide the same ride and handling characteristics across a range of rider heights. This is especially important for riders with longer inseams as it prevents the saddle sitting too far behind above the rear wheel.

|What’s the turnaround time for a DownRock?||If ordering a frameset only, and the required size is in stock, you should receive your order within 2–3 weeks. If the size you need is out of stock, or if you have ordered any custom modifications, the frame will take an additional 6–12 weeks to go through production. Complete bikes generally take 8–12 weeks to build after a minimum 50% deposit has been paid.
|Do you ship to anywhere?||We can ship your DownRock to you anywhere in the world, however, check out our Stockist page to find for your local Curve Crew to help you out with a complete bike.
|How much is a complete bike?||Contact us for complete bike package pricing. Custom builds are priced according to specifications – get in touch with your local Curve dealer for a quote for your dream bike build.|
|When shipping direct, how does a complete bike come finished to me?||Each bike built and boxed to "90% complete" with the fork steerer uncut. We do this so each individual can personalise their setup options. This final procedure should be preformed by an experienced bike mechanic.|
